Bishop Thomas Arthur Clark, IV

Bishop Thomas Arthur Clark, IV was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 9, 1971 to Bishop Thomas A. Clark, Jr. and Elder Patricia O. Clark. He graduated from Mars Hill School in Chicago as valedictorian of his eighth grade class in 1985. He then attended Chicago’s Albert G. Lane Technical High School. He accepted the call of God to preach the Gospel at the beginning of his senior year of high school in August of 1988.

After graduating, he attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising. Upon graduating, he accepted a position at the multinational advertising agency, Leo Burnett U.S.A., Inc. He currently serves as a Director of Commercial Clearance for Re:Sources, USA’s Chicago office.

Bishop Clark has attended numerous classes, seminars and workshops on Christian Education, Church Development and Leadership Development to name a few. He has earned various certificates of completion, and a Christian Education Diploma.

Bishop Clark has been a pastor since 1998. He is currently the proud pastor of World Deliverance Christian Center of Hillside, IL, which God led him and Bishop T. A. Clark, Jr., to organize in January of 2011 following the merger of their former churches.

He was consecrated as a Bishop in 2004 while in the Fellowship of Independent and Global Ministries, Inc., (F.I.G.) where he served as North Regional Bishop. In January 2006, he along with Bishop T. A. Clark, Jr. and Bishop Sharon Garner organized The Fellowship of Kingdom Builders where he served as the First-Vice Presiding Bishop. He currently serves as 2nd Vice Presiding Bishop for Faith Tabernacle Outreach Ministries (FTOM) under the leadership of Bishop Herbert Bright of Trenton, NJ.

Bishop Clark preaches and teaches with power and simplicity. He believes that the Gospel forces a conflict. “Every time we have an encounter with Jesus, we must make a decision. We will either decide for Him or against Him, but we will make a decision.” He operates in the Gifts of the Spirit and is a true pastor, teacher.

He is married to Lady Felicia Clark and they have a total of three children: Darius, Kyle and Nalisha.
